Hi-low （ hilow ）發音很像英文法文的 hello 。所以 hilow 是你好。 hilow 概念創始于臺北，其本意是“和陌生的你說你好。” low 的意思是低，低落。所以 hilow 也可以理解為你好坏心情。爲什麽要跟坏心情說你好呢。因爲 hilow 的生活理念就是從不逃避坏心情。
